Award Criteria
At Race Weekends:
-
HOSSIER AND AVON tire raffle drawings – a driver is eligible to win only one tire award per manufacturer during the season.
-
SUPPORTER raffle drawings – a driver must be present at the post-BBQ drawing for prizes to win.
-
FIELD CHAMPION – A driver who upholds the highest standards of on-track behavior even though they may not be in competition to win a wreath for first place, as selected by the EC members at that race.
-
HARD CHARGER – awarded to the driver showing improvement during the race weekend, as selected by the EC members at the race or by raffle drawing. Supported by Stonebridge Cryoscience.

HF – GEOFF CLARKE TROPHY - Highest points from the best 3 of 6 races

CF – JOHN WEBB TROPHY - Highest points from the best 3 of 6 races

PCF – RALPH FIRMAN TROPHY - Highest points from the best 3 of 6 races

FFCS TRI-PISTON TROPHY (Overall) - Highest points from the best 4 of 6 races

MASTER TROPHY - Highest points from the best 3 of 6 races for drivers turning 70 years of age or older during the current year.

MOST IMPROVED DRIVER - As selected by the FFCS Executive Committee, based on improved vintage spirit and driving performance.

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR - As selected by the FFCS Executive Committee from those graduating from the VRG School in the current season and is this is their first season competing with FFCS, based on their race attendance, vintage spirit and performance. May not be awarded every year.

VANDEURBILT CUP - Spirit of vintage racing as determined by previous year’s winner.

NOVA Motorsports “On the Point Award” – Free set Avon tires for overall points champion.

NOVA Motorsports “Outstanding Driver Award” – Free set Avon tires to the driver selected by the FFCS Executive Committee.
